Established in 2007, IGLChem is an IGL subsidiary in Singapore, which serves Asia Pacific customers with sales, marketing, warehousing, and retail services due to its strategic location.
Ennature Bio Pharma Limited (Formerly known as Ennature Bio Pharma Private Limited)
Ennature Bio Pharma Limited (Formerly known as Ennature Bio Pharma Private Limited), a wholly owned subsidiary of India Glycols Limited, was incorporated as a Private Limited Company vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 1st October, 2021 issued by the Registrar of Companies. The Company was converted into Public Limited from Private Limited and received Certificate of Incorporation dated 4th December 2024.

IGL Spirits Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of India Glycols Limited which was
incorporated on 25 th November 2024 with an objective to carry on the business of all kinds of
Spirits and other related products.
