IGL Chemicals and Services Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of India Glycols Limited, was incorporated vide certificate of incorporation dated 3rd March, 2021 issued by the Registrar of Companies on 5th March, 2021, with an objective to produce all types of Chemicals and Chemical Products and providing all Services and Utilities for the same and/or to carry out other Related Activities.
