Mr US Bhartia is the Chairman and Managing Director of India Glycols Limited (IGL). Mr Bhartia has a graduate degree in commerce, with honours, from Kolkata University. Under Mr Bhartia’s dynamic leadership, IGL pioneered the manufacturing of BioMEG, BioEO and derivatives from renewable agro feedstock, with a low carbon footprint. His concern for environmental issues is the driving force behind the company promoting products based on renewable, natural, agro and waste feedstock.

Smt. Jayshree Bhartia, Non-Executive Director, holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Kolkata. Smt. Bhartia has a keen interest in social work and is an Associate with various renowned social welfare organisations. She joined India Glycols in 1999.

Smt. Pragya Bhartia Barwale, Executive Director, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations from Brown University, USA and a Master of Science degree in Development Economics from the University of Oxford, U.K. She was appointed as President- Business Development at India Glycols w.e.f. 1 st August 2008. She has been a part of the Ennature Biopharma Division since its inception in 2009 and has worked closely on all aspects of the division.

Shri Ravi Kumar, Independent Director, is a seasoned banker with over 3 decades of experience with deep understanding of entire credit cycle including corporate banking, project financing, business development, credit appraisal, credit delivery, credit monitoring, credit risk assessment, stress asset management.
He was part of the top management of IDBI Bank Limited (IDBI) till April 2021, when he superannuated as Executive Director and was managing the loan portfolio of Large and Mid-corporates of the Bank. The role and responsibilities included leading, strategizing, directing, controlling, monitoring and overseeing all facets of the large/mid corporate portfolio of the Bank. He handled relationships of various large groups, sectors and industries. During his career spanning over a period of 30 years with IDBI Bank, he has worked in leadership position at various locations in different departments of the Bank with diversified roles and responsibilities including the assignment of the Chief Executive Officer of the only Overseas Branch of the Bank at DIFC, Dubai, UAE. He was also member of various committee(s) of the Bank during his stint with IDBI Bank.
Shri Ravi Kumar is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has completed his MBA in Financial Management, Post Graduation in Public Administration and Graduation in Economics.
He is a Director of Uttam Sugar Mills Limited and Himatsingka Seide Limited.
Smt. Shukla Wassan, Independent Director, is a graduate in Commerce (Honors) & LL.B. from Calcutta University, Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. Smt. Wassan has over 3 decades of experience. Her wideranging areas of expertise includes Joint Venture, Refranchising, Strategic Alliances, Fund Structuring, Intellectual Property, Indirect Taxation, Competition Law, Arbitration, Corporate Governance, POSH and Corporate Social Responsibilities.
She is also an internationally accredited Specialist Mediator. She has been part of the Senior Leadership Team of various multinational companies. She has also been Committee Member of various industry forums including CII and FICCI and with leadership roles in community organization.
She is a Director in GE Power India Limited.
Shri Sushil Dutt Salwan, Independent Director, is a graduate in Commerce (Honors) & LL.B. from Delhi University and is a designated Senior Advocate with over 38 years of experience before Supreme Court of India, High Courts of various Indian States, Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Forums and Tribunals, on various legal matters.
He has been a former Additional Standing Counsel for Govt. of NCT of Delhi in Delhi High Court. He has represented DDA, Madhya Pradesh Housing Board, Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation, besides one of the largest Media House and Automobile Company, besides other private clients including various Sports Federations. His practice areas include Writ and Appellate Courts, Arbitration Law, Consumer Law, Constitutional Law, Environmental Laws and Media Laws, Service Law, Sports Law, etc.
He holds membership of various professional bodies and associations including International Institute of Human Rights, Bar Council of India, INSOL-International, INSOL India and is on the Board of a philanthropic Society running various schools in National Capital Region. He has also been a former Editor with Indian Law Reports (Delhi Series), the official law journal of Delhi High Court.
He does not hold any directorship in any other Body Corporate.
Shri Samrat Banerjee, Independent Director, has almost 3 decades of experience in managing multi asset class portfolios for wealthy families. He did his Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics & Bachelors in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
He is a co-founder of Blue Edge. Prior to Blue Edge, he worked for nearly 7 years with HSBC Private Banking based in New Delhi, heading the North & East business for HSBC Private Banking India. He also worked with the French Banking major Societe Generale as a Senior Director for 4 years. He has also spent 7 years working in ABN Amro Private Banking and Standard Chartered Bank in various leadership roles.
