Job Objective
- To sale whole materials, whatever quantity is available for dispatch.
- Minimize the outstanding payment and to keep the customer credit as per pre decided terms.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Should be able to handle Air Separation Gases Like Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Argon and Liquid Nitrogen sale
- To prepare periodical MIS include Sales & Collection target & Actuals. Further to prepare and compile the monthly MIS of GAS Division.
- To obtain delivery schedule from customers and to prepare Sales Order & Co-ordinate with commercial & production department for timely delivery. Always closed old Sales Order, before making fresh S.O.
- To always take & maintain commercially & legally complete and correct Purchase Orders from customers for all dispatches.
- To obtain complete customers assessment form from customers including copy of CCOE License of customers.
- To maintenance of records in softcopy and as well as in physical form (wherever necessary) so that it can be retrieved whenever required.
- To maintain product pricing as per market to get maximum advantage.
- To keep up to date market information about development in product demand and it`s production capacity and assess our & competitors market shares in the market and competitive pricing. All competitors plant running status and overall material availability status.
- To assess credit worthiness of customers and fix their credit limits.
- To maintain & follow up timely payment collection from customers.
- All customer accounts reconciliation on monthly basis to collect payment as per outstanding.
- To Prepare tender documents and with a specific purpose and attending tender openings
- To maintain files and Key Documents which are of high commercial and legal importance.
- To make Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports (power point presentations) for entire Gas Divison.
